Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ThemsO (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ThemsO is a productivity application that allows you to create, organize, and manage notes and tasks. The Service includes features such as to-do lists, color-coded categories, Google Drive file attachments, and kanban boards.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create within the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your notes, tasks, or other data. You are solely responsible for the content you store in the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (authentication and database), Google (OAuth sign-in and Drive attachments), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
